Anna's coaching education includes Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Leadership, Career Development and Wellbeing.
Stress is not what happens to us - it's how we respond to it.
Together we can work on practical techniques to support you to bring more self-awareness and presence, and to do what matters to you. Doing what matters to you, or living in alignment with your values and developing a sense of purpose has many benefits including lowering stress levels.
I support you to:
- Recognise your stressors and their effects
- Understand what you can and cannot control
- Develop the ability to be more present and self-observant
- Understand and manage feelings of anxiety
- Implement practices that calm your nervous system and support your wellbeing
Other areas we can address to reduce and manage stress:
- Habits to promote physical and mental health - e.g., eating, sleeping and exercise
- Work-life balance for more fulfilment
- Social connections and support networks
- Attitudes that promote resilience - e.g., openness to change
- Self-compassion and self-care
- Taking time out for leisure and fun
- Informal mindfulness - e.g., taking notice of what makes you happy
I work with people who want to step into their best selves, appreciate feeling well physically and mentally, are willing to make an effort, and who are open to new perspectives.
Our work together is tailored specifically to the challenges you are facing and aligned with your goals, and includes:
- 6 x 1-hour coaching sessions over two months including a follow-up session in two months
- Online coaching sessions via Zoom or phone at a time that suits
- Relevant tools, reflection exercises, and reading recommendations
- Email and phone support for three months
