Romy is dedicated to equipping people with coaching skills that enhance the way they lead, communicate, and build relationships. As a coach and facilitator, she works with individuals who want to define their authentic leadership style, navigate challenges, and integrate coaching skills into their professional skill set.
Having lived and worked in different countries, Romy has experienced firsthand the challenges and opportunities of change. These experiences have broadened her perspective and deepened her understanding of adaptability, resilience, and cross-cultural communication. Experienced in leading teams across different sectors, she understands the realities leaders face and is passionate about helping them develop a leadership approach that aligns with their values and strengths. She believes that confidence comes from self-awareness, knowing who you are as a leader, and leading in a way that feels true to you.
Romy values support and clarity, helping people develop coaching and leadership skills through real-life challenges and practical application. Her workshops create a safe space for open conversations where people can share their experiences, reflect deeply, and learn to apply coaching skills. Bringing a mix of warmth, energy, and curiosity, she fosters an engaging environment where people feel encouraged to connect with others, experiment with new approaches, and grow.
Fluent in both English and German, she works with individuals and organisations in New Zealand or worldwide online.
Romy is an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is currently President of the ICF Aotearoa New Zealand Branch.
